📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies to drive market growth and increase sales revenue.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure that promotional activities align with our business goals and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular reports and feedback to the management team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and develop strategies to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential clients and partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, and incorporate them into our sales and promotional strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the construction and property development industry, with a good knowledge of local market trends and dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using sales and marketing software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
