Zone Mart Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.,Develop and implement food and beverage menus in accordance with company standards and customer preferences.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.,Prepare cost-effective and nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of customers.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
