PT Pradha Karya Perkasa, a leading company in the engineering and technical sector, is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer (Health, Safety & Environment) to join our team in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and in fostering a culture of safety and sustainability within our operations. As an HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in protecting our employees, our assets, and our environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. You will conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits, and you will provide training and guidance to our workforce on safety best practices. You will also work closely with our management team to ensure that our operations are conducted in a safe and sustainable manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with management to ensure safe and sustainable operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to health, safety, and the environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in health, safety, and the environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management.
• Certification in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
