As a Senior Tooling Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining tooling systems for the manufacturing of medical devices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain tooling systems for medical device manufacturing.,Ensure tooling systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve tooling performance.,Provide technical support and training to junior engineers.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Develop and maintain technical documentation for tooling systems.,Continuously evaluate and improve tooling systems for efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tooling engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.,Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and tooling design principles.,Experience with CNC machining and other advanced manufacturing processes.,Familiarity with ISO 13485 and other relevant medical device standards.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

🛠️ Keahlian
