PT Tunas Permata is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in the organization and execution of store promotions and events.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, displays, and restrooms.,Assist in the preparation and organization of product displays and merchandise.,Monitor and report on store sales and performance metrics.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff members.,Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
