📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Deliver training programs to employees in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training programs.
  • Track and report on the progress of training programs and their impact on employee performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, psychology, or human resources.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
