📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, recruit, and manage high-impact KOLs and affiliate marketers aligned with Livou’s brand values.
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns using platforms like Affiliate Window and LinkShare.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
• Create compelling content and promotional materials for KOLs and affiliates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign strategies based on performance data.
• Report on campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and affiliate networks to ensure ongoing engagement and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools like Affiliate Window, LinkShare, and Impact.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with KOLs and affiliate networks.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
