📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Support the IT department in implementing and updating software and hardware.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure minimal downtime.,Assist in the setup and configuration of new IT equipment.,Participate in IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.,Assist in training new employees on basic IT skills and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as PythonJavaor C++.Experience with IT support tools like ServiceNowJiraor similar.Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong organizational and time management skills.
