📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and other relevant documentation to management and clients.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business for the company.,Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.,Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to business development.,Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Provide regular reports on business development activities, including progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
