Community Development Organizer

As a Community Development Organizer, you will be at the forefront of our community initiatives, working closely with local leaders, businesses, and residents to identify needs and develop solutions. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating community events, managing partnerships, and ensuring our programs align with the unique cultural and social dynamics of Bali. With a focus on sustainability and empowerment, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement community development programs and projects.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders.
• Organize and manage community events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and residents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program goals are met.
• Stay updated on local regulations and best practices in community development.
• Represent Private Advertiser at community meetings and public events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community development or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of local community dynamics and cultural context in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and community management software such as CiviCRM or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for sustainable development and community empowerment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
