📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the department meets its goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.,Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource allocation for the department.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and growth.,Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to help them develop their skills and careers.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department in meetings with senior management and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Strong understanding of HR management principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of achieving departmental goals and objectives.
