In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products,Work closely with the development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members,Develop and implement a documentation strategy to improve the quality and consistency of our technical documentation,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that our technical documentation is aligned with our overall business goals,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English literature, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience with software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
