📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement production schedules using SAP and other relevant software.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the production process.
• Maintain accurate records of production and inventory data.
• Provide regular reports to management on production performance and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control.
• Proficient in using SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with electrical manufacturing processes is a plus.
