📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire installation process from start to finish, ensuring that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure that all installation requirements are met and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
• Work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to ensure that all installations are completed smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage project timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure that their needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our installations are completed to the highest standards.
• Provide regular reports to management on the status of ongoing installations and any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or installation industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Asana or Trello.
• Knowledge of industry-specific tools and software, such as those used in the technology or installation industry.
• Ability to obtain and maintain relevant certifications, such as those offered by the Institute of Installation Management Professionals (IIMP).
