📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customers,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports,Support the Store Manager in the implementation of store policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment,Strong understanding of retail operations and processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques,Ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
