📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business decisions.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through data validation and quality control processes.,Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to visualize data insights.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.,Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.,Provide training and support to team members on data analysis best practices.,Identify and resolve data issues to maintain data integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on leading teams.,Proven experience in developing and implementing data analysis strategies.,Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
