PT Nusantara Mitra is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead QC Staff to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Lead and mentor a team of QC staff to maintain high-quality standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address any issues.,Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.,Provide feedback and guidance to production teams to improve product quality.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Proven track record of improving quality processes and outcomes.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
