📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and patterns.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff to ensure they understand and adhere to quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all products meet customer requirements and specifications.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with a strong background in quality assurance.,Proven track record of implementing and improving quality control processes.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.
