MERIDIAN Lestari is looking for a dedicated Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. This is an urgent position in our Semarang, Jawa Tengah branch. We are offering a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 6.000.000 to Rp 10.000.000 per month.

As a Pharmacist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. You will work closely with our pharmacist to provide excellent customer service and support in dispensing medications.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications to customers.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management of pharmaceutical products.
  • Provide information and advice to customers about medications and health-related products.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of the pharmacy's records and files.
  • Participate in stock control and re-ordering of pharmaceutical supplies.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and pharmacy protocols.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the pharmacist or management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
