📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and government sectors.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their projects are delivered successfully and on time.,Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract signing and project delivery.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed according to client requirements and deadlines.,Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.,Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to drive sales growth and expansion.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales strategies are effective and competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field in the construction or government sectors.,Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using project management tools and software.,Knowledge of the construction and government sectors is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
