📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement food technology processes to ensure product quality and consistency.,Conduct research and development to innovate and improve our product offerings.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.,Monitor and maintain food production processes to meet quality standards.,Train and mentor junior food technologists and production staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless product development and production.,Maintain accurate records of food technology processes and product quality data.,Participate in quality assurance audits and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in food technology and product development.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.,Proven experience in developing and implementing food technology processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food production equipment and processes.,Familiarity with food quality assurance systems and methodologies.
