Leaf Mart Indonesia is looking for a Senior IT Support to join our team in Blora. As a Senior IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and you will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior IT staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the security of our IT systems and networks.,Train and mentor junior IT staff.,Work closely with the IT team to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues.,Document and maintain IT procedures and policies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
