📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and manage Hyper-Converged Infrastructure solutions for our clients.,Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HCI environments.,Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.,Conduct technical presentations and demos to potential and existing clients.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the HCI space.,Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and training materials.,Work closely with product management and development teams to ensure our solutions meet client needs.,Participate in on-site client installations and provide post-implementation support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role, preferably in the HCI space.,Strong knowledge of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure technologies and solutions.,Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Certifications in HCI technologies (e.g., VMware HCI, Nutanix, or Cisco HyperFlex) are a plus.
