📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate high-impact events, including corporate gatherings, weddings, and social events.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value and quality for our clients.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment, using tools like Eventbrite and Cvent.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and engage with potential attendees.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations, working closely with local authorities and event inspectors.
• Analyze event performance metrics and provide insights to improve future events.
• Lead a team of event coordinators and support staff to ensure smooth event execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, with a strong background in operations and logistics.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
