📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and professionally.
• Take and fulfill food and beverage orders accurately using Clover POS and Toast.
• Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas.
• Provide recommendations for food and beverage items based on guest preferences.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a waiter/waitress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Clover POS and Toast systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest experiences.
