📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement enterprise-scale monitoring and observability frameworks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic Stack.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of monitoring solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring dashboards and alerting systems.
• Optimize monitoring solutions for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of monitoring systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT operations and observability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations and monitoring.
• Certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified DevOps Professional (CDP), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
