As a Procurement Manager/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement processes for our renewable energy projects, ensuring that all materials and services are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively. You will work closely with project managers, suppliers, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the procurement processes for renewable energy and EPC projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure the best possible terms.
• Manage procurement budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with project managers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews to maintain high standards of service.
• Leverage procurement software such as SAP Ariba or similar tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement for renewable energy projects.
• Provide strategic advice to project teams on procurement-related matters, helping to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on renewable energy or EPC projects.
• Proven track record of managing procurement processes for large-scale projects.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP Ariba or similar tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to renewable energy and EPC projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
