• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their people and culture needs and challenges
• Design and implement tailored solutions to support business unit growth and success
• Drive engagement and retention initiatives, including employee surveys and feedback sessions
• Provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and improve workplace culture
• Partner with HR to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace that values and respects all employees
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people and culture management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR, and other stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a People and Culture or HR role, with a strong focus on engagement and retention
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective people and culture strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment
